Human Rights in a State of Emergency
Namibia Institute for Democracy, in partnership with Hanns Seidel Foundation and Base 106.2 FM, recently hosted an online public discussion forum on 'Human Rights in a State of Emergency'. The purpose of the discussion was to explore the effects of the state of emergency and lockdown on our fundamental rights as citizens. The guest speakers for the event were Mr. Frederico Links from the Institute for Public Policy Research and Mr. Sindiso Moyo from the University of Namibia.
