Vendors Initiative for Social & Economic Transformation- VISET Namibia, @tcm_movement and NID in partnership with the Hanns Seidel Foundation Namibia interrogated the dual economic system in Namibia. The big question was to formalise or not to formalise the informal trading sector? How can we create an enabling environment for these economic heroes? Why is there no access to information and funding for them? The participants ranged from different level ministries, NGO, students, activists, people from the banking sector from private sector and from the economic hero sector, the so-called informal sector.
